Artisan Productions, a partnership of Paul Dowler & Kelly Blankenship, is a boutique video production company specializing in providing handcrafted videos with personal service. Artisan can assist you with whatever your video needs may be... from graphic animations to short promos & advertisements to longer form documentary-style testimonials.
Our Team
Paul Dowler has a Cinema Studies degree and worked in film & television production for 17 years in Los Angeles. Following his work in Hollywood, Paul has worked in full-time ministry for 15 years leading teams and producing a variety of videos from documentary testimonials, series branding, and creative video content supporting live stage performances. Dowler is presently the Senior Video Producer at Scottsdale Bible Church, a multi-campus church in Phoenix & Scottsdale Arizona.
Kelly Blankenship has over 25 years experience in the computer graphics industry. Starting with graphic design and advertising, his career lead to computer animation, photography and video production for non-profits and various businesses. Kelly has produced a wide range of video content for which he has directed, shot, edited and created graphic animation.
Since 2014, Paul & Kelly have collaborated on numerous video productions. Their individual skill-sets, attention to detail, and storytelling abilities make theirs a dynamic and creative partnership that always strives to produce original & unique content.
Our Process

We utilize a cloud-based collaboration platform for client approvals during the post-production process and delivery of the final product.
